Chinese Learning Collaborative 中华学习协作

The Chinese Learning Collaborative is a team established in the 2015-2016 school year that consists of the International Program Coordinator, the Chinese Content and Tech Specialist, and the Director of Chinese Program. The team works with Chinese program faculty to develop optimal learning experiences through innovative curriculum, real world learning, and technology.

The work of the Chinese Learning Collaborative is to tie in students’ learning to the real world and make the mission of “Embrace Chinese” truly relevant in their lives. Through working to engage students in real world projects that connect to their experiences in overseas trips in 5th, 7th and 8th grades and building students’ engagement with 21st Century Skills, the CLC combines innovative curricular approaches, the use of digital tools and engaging programs in China and Taiwan to help our students “Become their Best Selves” and to “Find their Place in the World.”
