How to login to "my eScrip" to monitor or edit your account

Scenario 1: eScrip recognizes you and you know your password"

In this simplest scenario the eScrip website is aware of your Supporter ID and username because of a cookie stored on your computer. If you are welcomed by name when you access the eScrip homepage, this scenario is in effect. Note: the eScrip website requires that your computer accept session and persistent cookies.

1: Click on "my eScrip" link on eScrip homepage.

You will be sent to a sign in page requesting a SupporterID/username and a Password. The Supporter ID will automatically be filled in on the sign in page.

2: Enter password and press Go

You will be sent to a page welcoming you to "my eScrip". That page has links for reviewing your monthly contributions and for updating information, including addresses, emails, passwords, and card numbers. Note: the email update link will send you to a page where you can opt out of eScrip promotional emails.

Scenario 2: eScrip recognizes you, BUT you don't remember your password

1: Click on "my eScrip" link on eScrip homepage.

You will be sent to a sign in page requesting a SupporterID/username and a Password. The Supporter ID will automatically be filled in on the sign in page.

2: Click on "Forgot your password" link.

eScrip will send your password to the email listed in your eScrip account. If that email is no longer active or was never entered, however, you will need to contact the online coordinator of the CAIS eScrip group, Joachim Li, and ask him to update or enter your email address in your account. Then you can repeat your password request and receive it at your current email address. Once you have your password, you can follow the directions for scenario 1 above.

Scenario 3: eScrip does not recognize you

If you have wiped cookies from you computer or changed computers since you last accessed the eScrip website, you will not be recognized and not be welcomed by name when you go to the eScrip homepage.

1. Click on "Existing members sign in for a personalized home page" link on eScrip homepage

2. Enter one of the following pieces of information listed in your eScrip account: email address, phone number, or a registered card number

You will be sent to a personalized eScrip homepage welcoming you by name. Since a cookie with your account information will be created in your computer, you will henceforth be sent to this personalized page every time you access the eScrip homepage. You can now follow the directions for scenarios 1 or 2 above.
