Once Students, Always Alumni
Whether you remember Shirley Lee as your principal, can recall the move from the Presidio to Oak Street, knew Mr. Wright or Ms. Kennedy as librarian and arts teacher respectively (both still the case at CAIS!), the variety of student experiences have some strong commonalities and one enduring truth: as an alumnus, you always have a place at CAIS.
Much has changed since the doors first opened to four students in 1981, but much remains the same. As the student population has grown, CAIS has spread across three campuses but stays one tight-knit school. Similarly, alumni have moved to all corners of the country and around the globe but maintain connections with one another.
