You’ll perfect centuries-old techniques and experiment with savory flavor combinations to create tender, plump and simply irresistible dumplings. With your head full of dim sum wisdom, it’s time to enjoy a multi-course family style dinner in the Marketplace Restaurant highlighting Chef Chen’s signature and bestselling dishes, including a special Cognac-infused dish for your party.
