Cooking Up a Storm to Get Ready for Chinese New Year

CAIS Chinese New Year Cooking ClassOn Wednesday afternoon the Oak Campus was infused with scrumptious aromas as CAIS teachers and staff gave cooking lessons to colleagues. Recognizing that food is one of the most delightful ways to prepare for Chinese New Year, Chinese Program Director Kevin Chang organized the second annual CAIS Chinese New Year Cooking Classes.

Teachers and staff gathering in eight groups to learn how to create the following dishes from their esteemed cooking instructor peers. The prize at the end of all their labors: a glorious feast of delectable delights.
