For any sports fans, you can’t ask for anything more exciting than the unbelievable finish that our Boys JV 7 team put together in the season finale! When not given the goal at the buzz and down by 1 goal going into the half, our team came back to tie the score, took the lead 2-1, tied up at 2 before retaking the lead 3-2 with 3 minutes left to end the match. With as tight a defense as you could imagine from our team trying to hold on to the lead, SF School fought back and scored the game-tying goal with just 48 seconds left. Just when everyone in the gym thought the game would be going into overtime, our team came back with the game winning goal with 5 seconds left in the game to keep the title in our house! Tremendous resilience and efforts shown by our team, and a life lesson to us all that it is not over until the final buzzer! Congrats to the team!
