What Is a Preschool Developmental Profile?

Preschool teachers conduct students’ Preschool Developmental Profiles at the beginning and end of the school year. These profiles help both teachers and families gain a better understanding of your child’s development and learning progress. Based on observations made by your child’s teacher during daily classroom activities, the profile reflects their learning experiences within a curriculum tailored to their developmental stage and age-appropriate activities. This assessment is conducted twice annually, providing valuable insights into your child’s individual learning journey. It showcases their progress and development at their own pace, highlighting unique strengths and areas for further growth. We believe this assessment will serve as a useful tool for you to understand and appreciate your child’s learning and development within our preschool program. It enables us to track their progress and ensure their educational experiences align with their needs and abilities.
