Once Students, Always Alumni

CAIS Alumni Reunion, 2015
Alumni Reunion at Oak

Whether you remember Shirley Lee as your principal, can recall the move from the Presidio to Oak Street, knew Mr. Wright or Teng Laoshi as librarian and Chinese teacher respectively (both still the case at CAIS!), the variety of student experiences have some strong commonalities and one enduring truth: as an alumnus, you always have a place at CAIS

Much has changed since the doors first opened to four students in 1981, but much remains the same. As the student population has grown, CAIS has spread across three campuses but stays one tight-knit school. Similarly, alumni have moved to all corners of the country and around the globe but maintain connections with one another.

Alumni Council

The CAIS alumni council serves as the link between CAIS and alumni by keeping alumni connected with each other and the school, steering alumni programming, and modeling the CAIS mission: embracing Chinese, becoming their best selves, and contributing to a better world. We welcome all alumni, regardless of age or current location. Visit the alumni council page for more information about the council members.

Interested in being a part of the council? Let us know or email us with any questions.
